PLEASE NOTE: I want critique on the STORY/CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT Not so much on the art, as I know that it is sloppy.

Okay. So yesterday I uploaded a piece featuring this character. I found him in an old sketchbook from early '09. Today in school, I gave him some revamps. I decided to make him a Bishounian ^[?] just like Alexa. ^[?]

So today, I also was thinking up some possible background info and his role in Miles of Smiles.
I'm thinking of making him a soul reaper. (I think that term comes from Bleach, but I don't know 'cause I've never seen it. If it is, please tell me how the term is used because I don't want to use the same made up words in my story as an official anime)
I was also thinking of making him Alexa's younger brother or cousin or something. Also, as you can see by the doodle, I'm thinking of giving him a "thing" with Melon^[?]. _{(lol I got her design wrong in this doodle)}.

So tell me what you think about him.
Any other ideas for his story/love interest/anything else?
